Overview
YBD-12/0.4 series buried box type substation (referred to as buried box transformer) is a new generation of box type transformer developed on the basis of fully studying and discussing the construction and management of modern cities. The main part or all of it is buried underground, covers a small area, gavel to not occupy an area, the visual effect is very good, effectively solves the contradiction between urban land use tension and urban management, the product and the surrounding environment are harmonious and unified, highly respected by the vast number of experts and users. Underground box type substation means that the complete set of the box type substation is installed in the interior of a fully sealed box body and the whole unit is set below the ground plane. It is the same as the box type substation on the ground, and the internal equipment is also reduced from 10 kV input voltage to 400/220 V distribution voltage to service load point, can be used for ring network distribution system, but also as a radiation power grid terminal power supply substation. This kind of fully buried type is also called underground substation, and its box has excellent anticorrosion ability and pressure resistance, and it has absolute sealing ability.

Normal operating conditions
1. Altitude: Altitude does not exceed 2000m
2. Ambient temperature: Maximum temperature +40℃,High and low temperature -30℃
3. Relative humidity: At 25°C, the relative air temperature does not exceed 95%, and the monthly average does not exceed 90%
4. Installation environment: The installation environment should be free of obvious dirt transfer, explosive, corrosive gas and dust. The installation site should be free from violent vibration and impact and cannot be placed in low-lying places.
5. Special conditions of use: In addition to the above normal use conditions, other use conditions are in accordance with GB1094.1, GB/T11022, GB/T1404B.1 and GB7251.1.
Structural characteristics
The complete set of fully buried prefabricated substations are all installed in a fully sealed box, which contains high voltage switch room, transformer room and low voltage switch room.
Each room is equipped with a lighting device, and is equipped with a lock switch and a forced ventilation device and temperature control, heater and other equipment.
All of the above equipment is set below the ground level. Its internal equipment is the same as the conventional pre-installed substation on the ground, and the input voltage is reduced from the 10kv input voltage to the transformer.
The 400/220V distribution voltage is then distributed to the point of use. The key technology of this fully buried prefabricated substation is the sealing, corrosion resistance and pressure resistance of the box, specifically:
1. The box body can be immersed in the ground for 50 years without any trace of rot from the bottom to the wall;
2. To withstand the squeeze and penetration of soil and groundwater pressure, and the wall remains intact;
3. All sealing points such as equipment access ports, personnel entrances and exits, cable entrances, etc. must be able to withstand the seepage pressure of groundwater, and no water stains appear inside, and keep in the wall
The part is dry without moisture.
In addition to meeting the above basic requirements, YBD-12 fully buried prefabricated substation has three main functions:
1. There are two water receiving troughs on the narrow end of the box. On rainy days, rainwater can be quickly discharged into the sewer through the water receiving troughs without entering the prefabricated substation;
2. In addition to the drainage function in rainy days, the water receiving tank is also the air inlet of the internal circulation of the box. The air enters the box through the air inlet to form a exchange, which can maintain the temperature of the box.
Humidity is balanced to reduce the temperature rise of the transformer;
3. In case of flooding once every 50 years or once every 100 years, when the groundwater rises, the sewers will be backfilled, and when the sink is unable to drain, the wind device will automatically shut down to make the box
The internal and external isolation has no impact on the equipment and the pre-installed substation continues to operate.
Performance advantages
The substations in some cities in my country are mostly installed in the basement of high-rise buildings. Once they encounter heavy water, they are basically submerged, and most of the equipment is damaged and useless after the water is returned. If buried underground
As a distribution device, the prefabricated substation can prevent the equipment from being soaked in flood water. The use of the fully buried prefabricated substation has the following additional advantages:
1. It can greatly save land use, without land acquisition and civil construction, saving infrastructure investment.
2. There are no obstacles on the ground, which does not affect the environment and does not affect people’s vision and viewing.
3. The whole ground type installed on the lawn and green belt can also be designed with some decorative ornaments, such as sculptures, rockery, etc.; if it needs to be beside a large square or road,
There are no obstacles on the ground (including ventilation ducts), and square prefabricated substations can be used. Such prefabricated substation vents may not be exposed to the ground level.
4. The power distribution equipment of the fully buried prefabricated substation is set underground, with high safety and reliability.
5. It is not affected by transformer noise on the ground.
6. Due to the cooler underground, the temperature rise during the operation of the transformer is relatively stable.
7. The internal space of the fully buried prefabricated substation is relatively spacious, and the maintenance operation will not interfere with the ground and have no obstruction to the surrounding environment.
