ZYDFW-12 cable distribution box (outdoor switchgear)
Overview
ZYDFW-12 series outdoor ring cabinets are developed and produced by the company according to the characteristics of distribution network in various regions of China and the actual situation of cable transformation of urban distribution network.
ZYDFW-12 series outdoor ring net cabinet adopts SKR-12/24 series SF6 fully sealed fully insulated ring net switchgear. the switchgear has the advantages of modularization, expandable, fully insulated, fully sealed, safe, reliable and maintenance-free. it is suitable for any harsh environment and is widely used in industrial parks, residential areas, streets, airports, various buildings, bustling commercial centers and other places.
ZYDFW-12 series outdoor ring network cabinet standard voltage grade 12 kV、24kV, can expand the distribution network automation function, realizes the ring network cabinet intelligence, lets the power grid stronger and more intelligent.
Model meaning
Normal use conditions
♦ Ambient temperature: maximum temperature +50℃, minimum temperature -40℃, maximum daily average temperature not exceeding 35℃;
♦ Relative humidity: daily average value does not exceed 95%, monthly average value does not exceed 90%;
♦ Wind speed: no more than 35m/s;
♦ Pollution level: Ⅲ level;
♦ Earthquake intensity: 8 degrees;
♦ Ground inclination: no more than 3 degrees;
♦ Installation location: Installed in a place without fire, explosion or violent vibration, good ventilation and no corrosive gas.
Special conditions
♦ When the equipment is installed at an altitude of more than 2000 meters, special notice is required so that the company can adjust the SF6 pressure during manufacturing.
♦ Please consult with the company if special severe conditions are involved.

All live parts are enclosed in SF6 gas box to achieve full sealing and full insulation;

The stainless steel plate of the air box is sealed and welded by the robot automatic TIG, and the protection level reaches IP67. It can be installed in damp, dusty, salty, mine and any air pollution field

It can be equipped with electric operating devices and distribution automation terminal equipment to realize intelligent switching equipment with “four remote” functions, meeting all the requirements of the smart grid for such equipment.

Product structure
①The shell of outdoor ring network cabinet
The outer shell is made of stainless steel (≥ 2.0mm), SMC, GRC and other materials, which can be customized according to user requirements. The door opening method is flexible. The door gap is provided with a waterproof rubber strip, so that the overall protection level reaches IP4X, meeting the requirements of outdoor environment.
②Barometer
It is used to monitor the gas pressure of SF6 in the gas tank in real time, and can be configured with dry contacts, and alarm when the air pressure is too low or too high.
③Air box of switch unit
The gas box is made of 304 stainless steel (3.0mm) and is welded by a fully automatic robot. It can withstand the pressure of SF6 gas in the box and the protection level reaches IP67. The gas box is leak-detected, dried and inflated by helium mass spectrometer vacuum leak detection equipment, which ensures the tightness of the box.
④Load switch cabinet
The three-position load switch is used to reduce the volume of the cabinet; the SF6 gas is used to extinguish the arc to improve the reliability of equipment operation.
⑤Communication control cabinet
It is used to install DTU switches, optical transceivers and other communication equipment.
⑥Fault indicator
It is used to detect short circuit and ground faults of the line, facilitate fault location, and provide a basis for future distribution automation.
⑦Ground switch
Used for maintenance.
⑧It is used to observe the operation of the cable room and provide the greatest convenience for operation and maintenance.
⑨ charged display
It is used to indicate the liveness of the loop cable, and it has a nuclear phase hole, which is used in conjunction with a special nuclear phase device.
⑩ PT and automation cabinet
Used to install PT, distribution automation terminal devices. It is made of stainless steel, and it is connected with the closed unit by a fully sealed and fully insulated plug head.
Main accessories
Cabinet
The outer shell of the outdoor ring network cabinet is designed according to the outdoor structure. The material of the box can be selected from stainless steel plates, SMC or GRC according to customer needs.
There are no fasteners on the surface of the box for disassembly and good anti-theft. The top cover is a double-layer structure with air interlayer and is equipped with vents, natural convection ventilation, good heat insulation and heat dissipation;
Rain-proof door lock, when the box door is opened, a limited position hook makes the door easy to fix, and the box body is provided with a sealed bottom plate for cable inlets and outlets to prevent small animals and moisture from entering the box body;
The appearance and color of the cabinet can be customized according to the needs of users, with beautiful appearance and coordination with the surrounding environment.
Switch unit
The switch unit used in the ZYDFW-12 series outdoor ring network cabinet is the SM6-12 series fully sealed and fully insulated ring network switch equipment produced by our company.

Unit C: load switch unit, mainly used for the connection, branching, breaking and control of cables in and out of 12kV and 24kV distribution networks;
Unit F: load switch + fuse combination electrical unit, used for the control and protection of terminal distribution transformers with 12kV and 24kV distribution network capacity of 1250kVA and below.
V unit: Vacuum circuit breaker unit, not only can be used for the connection, branching, segmentation, control and protection of the 12kV and 24kV distribution network cable lines, but also
Control and protection of larger capacity distribution transformers.
The unit is equipped with a microcomputer-based relay protection device, which can realize over-current protection and other functions.
Unit D: A cable entry cabinet without a switch, used to connect the incoming and outgoing cable, and the incoming and outgoing cable is directly connected to the bus.
SV unit: bus-connected cabinet, used for the connection between section busbars.
Unit M: Measuring cabinet, used for electric energy measurement, can be easily combined with any other cabinet.
PT unit: voltage transformer cabinet, used to install PT, automatic terminal device and backup power supply.
