ZYDFW American cable distribution box
Overview
The American cable distribution box produced by our company, with its excellent performance, standardized design and beautiful appearance, is widely used in cable engineering equipment in cable distribution network system. It is generally recognized in various places, such as major industrial parks, residential areas, urban densely populated areas, commercial centers and high-rise buildings. It is characterized by one-way open door, transverse multi-pass bus row, with small width, flexible combination, full insulation, full seal and other remarkable advantages. The rated current can generally be divided into 600A main circuit and 200A branch circuit. The 600A main circuit is fixed by rotary bolt; the 200 A branch circuit is connected by plug-in and can be pulled out with load.

American cable distribution box structure example diagram
If the cable distribution box cannot be placed due to site constraints, the cable joints can be directly combined to form a multi-channel cable branch (no busbar is required, and the connection method is shown in the following example). Example one four-way access line (2x600A+2x200A)
Each group consists of two T-II type cable connectors, three elbow connectors and a middle connector. T-II cable connector 200A is connected to the elbow cable connector on the side (the other side is connected with a fully insulated oxide surge arrester). See the following figure for the size example:
Example two or three lines in and out line (3x600A)
Each phase is composed of three T-shaped cable connectors and two middle connection connectors. See the figure below for dimensions and examples:
Note: The cable branch can be arbitrarily expanded or reduced as required, and can be covered in the box or buried directly in the cable trench.
