KYN550-12 indoor armored removable AC metal closed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as KYN550-12 switchgear) is the smallest size of the HIX used in 12 kV three-phase AC 50 single bus and single bus segment system complete distribution equipment. Cabinet introduction

The switchgear is designed according to the GB3906 and IEC62271-200 armored metal enclosed switchgear standards. The whole is composed of two parts: the cabinet and the centrally withdrawable component (ie, handcart). Shell and others
The shell of the switchgear is made of aluminum-zinc-coated steel plate with strong corrosion resistance, which is assembled by CNC machine tool bending and assembly. The air layer reduces the effect of arc faults between cabinets; and the rigidity is strong. The cabinet body adopts an assembled structure, which is formed by connecting rivet nuts, high-strength bolts and core-pulling rivets. There is no need to avoid holes between the cabinets, which makes the installation simple, beautiful appearance, and improves production efficiency. The instrument room is an independent unit, completely separated from the high voltage area of ​​the switchgear, and has the functions of shockproof and fireproof. When the circuit breaker handcart is removed, the shutter automatically closes, and the switchgear still maintains the IP2X protection level. The switchgear door panel and terminal side sealing plate are made of cold-rolled steel plate. After purification and anti-corrosion treatment, the plastic spraying process is used to make the surface resistant to impact and corrosion, ensuring the beautiful appearance.

Handcart
The skeleton of the handcart is assembled from thin steel plates processed by CNC machine tools. The handcart and the cabinet are insulated and coordinated, the mechanism interlocking is safe, reliable and flexible. According to the use, the handcart can be divided into circuit breaker handcart, voltage transformer handcart, metering handcart, isolation handcart and so on. Various types of handcarts vary according to modulus and building block type, and handcarts of the same specification can be freely exchanged 100%. The handcart has a disconnection position, a test position and a working position in the cabinet. Each position is provided with a positioning device to ensure reliable interlocking. It must be operated according to the interlocking anti-misoperation procedure. All handcarts use nuts, The screw is pushed forward and back out, and its operation is light and flexible, which is suitable for the operation of duty personnel. When the handcart needs to remove the cabinet, a special transfer car can be used for easy extraction, various inspections and maintenance, and the central type is adopted. The whole handcart is small in size and convenient for inspection and maintenance. The signal, protection and control of the secondary line between the switchgear and the circuit breaker handcart are connected via a multi-pin aviation plug.

Solid-sealed circuit breaker
KYN550-12 uses a solid-sealed circuit breaker with good insulation, moisture resistance, condensation resistance and other properties. The solid-sealed vacuum circuit breaker embeds the vacuum interrupter and the related conductive parts of the circuit breaker into the easily cured solid insulating material such as epoxy resin to form a pole, so that the pole of the circuit breaker becomes an integral part, making it possible It has fewer disassembled parts, higher reliability, and turns the surface insulation into volume insulation. Compared with air insulation, it reduces the environmental impact and greatly improves the insulation strength. It reduces the size of the circuit breaker and is conducive to miniaturization of the switchgear.

Working principle of circuit breaker handcart
When the handcart is transported into the circuit breaker room of the cabinet with a transfer vehicle, it can be reliably locked in the test position; the position display lamp of the cabinet shows its location. And only after it is safely locked can the propulsion mechanism be shaken to push the trolley to the working position. After the handcart reaches the working position, the push handle will not shake, and its corresponding position indicator will show its position. The mechanical interlock of the handcart can reliably ensure that the circuit breaker can be closed only when the handcart is in the working position or test position; and the circuit breaker can only move when the handcart is in the open state.
