The main circuit plan was selected after soliciting opinions from the majority of design and use departments, which increased the plans required by power plants. The rated current is increased to 3200A, suitable for distribution transformers of 2000kVA and below. In addition, in order to meet the needs of reactive power compensation, GGJ1-GGJ2 capacitor compensation cabinets are designed. The main circuit has 4 schemes with a total of 12 specifications.
♦ Auxiliary circuit scheme
The design of the auxiliary circuit is divided into two parts: the power supply plan and the power plant plan. There is enough space in the GGD cabinet to install the secondary components.
♦ Selection of electrical components
◇ The GGD cabinet mainly uses more advanced electrical components that can be mass-produced in China, such as ME, DW15, DW17, DW45, CM1, NM1, etc. At the same time, according to economic and reasonable principles, it is retained under the premise of fully considering the feasibility Some available old products such as DZ20. Don’t use obsolete products.
◇ HD13BX and HS13BX type rotary operating knife switches are designed to meet the needs of the unique structure of the GGD cabinet. It changes the operating mode of the mechanism and retains the advantages of the old products. It is a practical new type of electrical component.
◇If the design department selects new electrical components with better performance and more advanced technology according to the needs of users, the GGD cabinet has good installation flexibility and generally does not cause difficulties in manufacturing and installation due to the update of electrical components.
◇In order to further improve the dynamic stability of the main circuit, it is equipped with a ZMJ type combined combined busbar clamp and insulating support for the GGD cabinet. The busbar clamp is made of high-strength, high-flame-retardant PP0 alloy material, with high insulation strength, good self-extinguishing performance, and unique structure. It can be easily combined into a single busbar clamp or a double busbar clamp by adjusting the building block
The sleeve-type molded structure has low cost and high strength during insulation support, which solves the defect that the creepage distance of the old product is not enough.
Structure brief
♦ The cabinet of GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts the type of general cabinet. The frame is assembled by welding 8MF cold-formed steel locally. The frame parts and special supporting parts are supplied by the fixed-point steel factory to ensure the accuracy of the cabinet And quality.
The components of the general cabinet are designed according to the module principle and have 20-mold mounting holes. The high universal factor can enable the factory to achieve pre-production, which not only shortens the production cycle, but also improves work efficiency.
♦ GGD cabinet design fully considers the heat dissipation during cabinet operation. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slots on the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet heat up, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot, and the cold wind is continuously added into the cabinet from the lower slot to make the sealed cabinet self Form a natural air duct from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
♦ According to the requirements of modern industrial product design and design, GGD cabinet adopts the method of golden ratio to design the cabinet shape and the partition size of each part, so that the whole cabinet is beautiful and new.
♦ The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a rotating hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble. The mountain’s folding edge is embedded with a mountain-shaped rubber and plastic strip. When the door is closed, the embedded strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke to prevent the door and cabinet Direct collision also improves the protection level of the door.
♦ The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame with multi-stranded soft copper wire, and the installation parts in the cabinet are connected with the knurled screws between the cabinet frame, and the entire cabinet forms a complete grounding protection circuit.
♦ The surface of the cabinet is spray-painted, with strong adhesion and good texture. The whole cabinet is matte to avoid dazzling effect and creates a more comfortable visual environment for the staff on duty.
♦ The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when needed to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the top of the cabinet are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.
♦ The protection level of the cabinet is IP30, users can also choose between IP20 ~ IP40 according to the requirements of the use environment. See Figure 1 and Figure 2 for the outline and installation dimensions.
Installation and Use
After the product arrives at the place of receipt, it should first be checked whether the packaging is intact, and if problems are found, the relevant department should be notified in time to find out the reason. For products that are not installed immediately, they should be placed in an appropriate place according to the provisions of normal use conditions.
♦ Product installation
The installation of the product should be carried out according to the installation schematic diagram (see Figure 2). The basic channel steel and bolts are prepared by the user. The main busbar should be repaired and smoothed after the main busbar is installed. Then tighten the bolts.
♦ After the product is installed, the following items must be checked and tested before being put into operation.
◇Check whether the cabinet body paint is off, whether the cabinet is dry and clean.
◇Whether the operating mechanism of electrical components is flexible, and there should be no stagnation or excessive operating force.
◇ Is the connection and disconnection of main electrical components reliable and accurate, and the connection and disconnection of auxiliary contacts reliable and accurate.
◇Whether the meter indication and the transformer ratio and polarity are correct.
◇Whether the busbar connection is good, and whether the insulation support, installation parts and accessories are firmly and reliably installed.
◇Whether the auxiliary contact meets the requirements, whether the fuse core specifications are correct, whether the setting value of the relay meets the design requirements, and whether the action is accurate.
◇Whether the circuit contacts meet the requirements of electrical schematic diagram.
◇Whether the protection circuit system meets the requirements.
◇Measure the insulation resistance with a 500-volt megohmmeter not less than 10 megohms.
♦ Precautions for use
◇This product is not installed against the wall, single-sided (front) operation, double-sided door maintenance low-voltage distribution cabinet. The maintenance channel and cabinet door of the product must be approved by qualified professionals before entering or opening for operation, inspection and maintenance.
◇ After multiple closing and opening of the air circuit breaker, the main contact will burn locally and produce carbon materials, which will increase the contact resistance. The air circuit breaker should be regularly maintained and repaired according to its instruction manual.
◇Isolation switch is strictly prohibited to open and close with load.
